Estate registration is a mandatory legal document in Finland that must be drawn up within three months of death. It includes all of the deceased's assets, debts and heirs.
If you wish, our estate administrator can handle everything from start to finish, or you can handle some of the documents yourself. This will be agreed upon during the first survey visit or meeting. At the will and probate ceremony, the shareholders of the estate will review and sign the document.

Estate registration (deceased had a spouse at the time of death): €850
The price includes document preparation, ordering official certificates, drawing up the estate registration , checking tax consequences, coordinating the ceremony, two probate attorneys and submitting the documents to the tax authorities.
