If you wish, you can visit our nearest office in Järvenpää or our Helsinki offices at Malmi, Töölö and Munkkiniemi. Our nearest office is in Järvenpää at Helsingintie 13 – about a 15-minute train ride from Hyvinkää, with the station a 2-minute walk from the office.
Parking
In front of the Järvenpää office there are free 2-hour disc parking spaces (7 in total, usually available). If they are full, free visitor parking is available at the end of the building. The entrance is step-free.

Caskets
Our wide selection includes upholstered and hardwood coffins suitable for burial and cremation. We have a wide range of coffins from small companies and larger manufacturers. Coffins starting at €195.
Urns
Our extensive urn selection includes urns suitable for urn burial, scattering, memorial groves and sea burial. Most of our urns are made by small businesses, which guarantees a diverse selection. Urns starting at €49.
Flowers
Our flowers are made locally by professionals and are delivered to the casket well in advance of the event.
Clothing
If you don't want to dress your loved one in their own clothes for their final journey, you will find several good options for clothing for the deceased in our selection for both men and women. Clothing starting at 32€.

Chapels
In Hyvinkää, funeral services are held on Fridays and Saturdays in two chapels:
- Rauhanummi funeral chapel – 100 guests. The crematorium is at the same cemetery.
- Puolimatka funeral chapel – 90 guests, plus 35 seats in the gallery.
Both chapels are located at the cemetery, so the service and burial can take place in one location.
Cemeteries
Hyvinkää has four cemeteries:
- Rauhanummi Cemetery – coffin and urn graves, a memorial grove and a scattering area. Crematorium at the same cemetery.
- Puolimatka Cemetery – coffin and urn graves, a memorial grove and a scattering area.
- Railway Builders' Cemetery (Rautatienrakentajien hautausmaa) – a memorial grove and a scattering area.
- Kytäjä Cemetery
Good to know:
- In the memorial grove, the ashes are buried anonymously.
- In the scattering area, the ashes can be scattered by a parish employee or by the family with a parish employee present.
- Ashes can also be buried in a coffin grave or an urn grave.

Crematorium
Hyvinkää has its own crematorium at Rauhanummi Cemetery, which makes cremation affordable and practical for Hyvinkää residents. The crematorium is usually chosen based on where the service or the grave is, and we handle the crematorium booking on the family's behalf:
- Rauhanummi Crematorium, Hyvinkää: Hyvinkää residents 280 €, others 490 €. Free paper container available. Processing time about 2 weeks, urn collection by appointment.
- Hietaniemi Crematorium, Helsinki: 320 € for everyone regardless of home municipality, no cold storage fees, free cardboard urn – an alternative e.g. when the service or burial is in the Helsinki region.
The urn is collected from the crematorium for the burial. For memorial groves and scattering, no urn purchase is needed.
