You are also welcome to visit our nearest offices: Järvenpää (2 min from the railway station) or in Helsinki at Malmi, Töölö and Munkkiniemi – all arrangements can also be handled entirely remotely. Our nearest office is in Järvenpää at Helsingintie 13 – about a 10-minute train ride from Kerava, with the station a 2-minute walk from the office.
Parking
In front of the Järvenpää office there are free 2-hour disc parking spaces (7 in total, usually available). If they are full, free visitor parking is available at the end of the building. The entrance is step-free.

Caskets
Our wide selection includes upholstered and hardwood coffins suitable for burial and cremation. We have a wide range of coffins from small companies and larger manufacturers. Coffins starting at €195.
Urns
Our extensive urn selection includes urns suitable for urn burial, scattering, memorial groves and sea burial. Most of our urns are made by small businesses, which guarantees a diverse selection. Urns starting at €49.
Flowers
Our flowers are made locally by professionals and are delivered to the casket well in advance of the event.

Chapels
The Kerava funeral chapel is located at Kerava Cemetery (Kappelikuja 24–26, Tuusula):
- Kerava funeral chapel – 150 guests. Services are usually held on Saturdays, and sometimes also on weekdays.
The chapel is at the same cemetery as the graves, so the service and burial can take place in one location without separate transportation.
Cemeteries
Kerava Cemetery is located about three kilometres from Kerava centre along Kulloontie (on the Tuusula side of the border). The cemetery is beautiful, pine-forested heathland. Burial options:

Nearby is the non-denominational burial area shared by the parishes of Järvenpää, Kerava, Sipoo and Tuusula.

Crematorium
Kerava has no crematorium of its own, so cremation takes place at nearby crematoria. The crematorium is usually chosen based on where the service or the grave is, and we handle the crematorium booking on the family's behalf. Prices for a deceased from Kerava:
- Hietaniemi Crematorium, Helsinki: 320 € – the same price for everyone regardless of home municipality, no cold storage fees. Free cardboard urn. Usually the most economical option.
- Rauhanummi Crematorium, Hyvinkää: 490 €
- Honkanummi Crematorium, Vantaa (jointly owned by the Helsinki and Vantaa parishes): the reduced price applies only to Helsinki and Vantaa residents, so for a Kerava resident 500 € + cold storage fee 50 €/starting week, i.e. from 550 € in total.
The urn is collected from the crematorium for the burial. For the memorial grove and scattering at Kerava Cemetery, no urn purchase is needed.
